John A. Williams III

Originally from East St. Louis IL, John is a Doctoral Candidate in curriculum and instruction, specializing in urban education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. His research interests are centralized on improving K-12 school discipline, strengthening the Black teacher pipeline, and investigating best practices at high achieving urban schools.
